Gratitude West is a stand-alone building where privacy is respected and anonymity is practiced at all times. The Early Birds AA group meets every day of the year and frequently has AA members from other cities attend when they are in town visiting family or for other travel reasons. At the club, the coffee is decent, there's bottled water available in the refrigerator, and the meetings are welcoming, for both AA and Al-anon. Anyone who is unsure if they want to come to a meeting, the 530p Happy hour meeting is the best meeting in El Paso. Friendly people who are gonna tell you how it is. You put the work in, they'll offer advice.
