I have been doing my own taxes for a long time. Never thought that going to a professional would change what I was doing with my taxes. I was wrong! Nicole and her team were able to get me to another level of understanding my finances and getting me on track with my yearly filings. I dreaded them every year, but now they streamline everything for me and have made all of these anxieties dissipate. I had an excellent experience with Platinum Accounting. From the start, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions without making me feel rushed or frustrated, and made the entire process stress-free.

Their attention to detail and accuracy gave me real peace of mind, and they even found deductions and opportunities I would have completely missed on my own. Platinum Accounting has great employees & are definitely not scammers, like one of the reviews suggests. They provide great service & always complete the work needed. Having known first hand that the negative review is definitely not accurate & what actually occurred.
