HMS Silver City Med Square Clinic

I think HMS is struggling and for many reasons. Staffing is a big issue, experienced staff is difficult to come by in a small town and there in lies many of the issues. On a nationwide basis rural towns do not attract Doctors, medical staff or administrative staff which puts medical services providers between a rock and a hard place. Experienced medical staff, nurses, nurse practitioners, doctors etc. gravitate to the cities and wealthy suburbs, 'there are more doctors in Rio Rancho than all of Silver City'. Currently our medical services are struggling with keeping adequate and qualified staff, this is happening across our nation especially in rural areas.A pursuit of profits from investments is the primary motivator and it does not work well with the variety and complications of treating patients with multitudes of health problems, differing ages and general physical condition.HMS is the best I have been to as a patient, I feel that others are more profit oriented than patient oriented. I saw Tiffany as a new patient and I was pleased she was very accomidating to my medical needs. She took care of me promptly listening to my concerns and assisted me in getting my medical issue resolved. Happy to see wait time was only about 10 min. I will be seeing Tiffany again.
