As a parent, she always thoroughly explained everything we discussed at our visits and she encouraged questions. The few times my daughter was sick, we were able to schedule a visit for the day of to get her in to the office.

There is room for improvement with regards to wait time, but in my experience that seems to be a problem at many doctor’s offices.“
