Unbelievably helpful, professional and knowledgeable. The owner (David) spent a good two hours patiently and leisurely going over options. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase anything. This was the first (and only) store I’ve been to. I’d planned to shop around, but am so impressed with this establishment, that I don’t feel I need to look anywhere else. It’s really refreshing to deal with a business with such exemplary customer service. Thank you!
The Firebird has the best selection of irrigation supplies for the professional and the weekender in Santa Fe and beyond. What really sets them apart is their people are friendly and helpful..
The experience wasn’t so great this time. I knew what I wanted to start, so I probably should not have gone through Firebird. I could have bought it, had it delivered and installed more easily online. It was a disappointment.
