Eloisa and her staff are professional, responsive, and do a wonderful job. We have used them for many years, and they have changed and adapted well to pandemic limitations, new secure technology for sending/receiving information, and of course tax changes. They have recently provided an option for a pre-paid sort of insurance for them to respond to IRS questions. They find new ways and several options to make it easier for us to get information to them, and to provide us draft returns.
