I must say, the staff at the Stanton Optical in Santa Fe, NM are some of the friendliest people we have worked with. We went in two weeks ago for appointments and to order glasses. Between that day and calling with questions, we worked with 4-5 different staff members. Each one was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. Thank you for having high expectations on how you treat your customers.

I got a next day appointment easily online. Service was excellent! Got a pair of lenses and an eye exam for less than $200 without insurance. And when they didn’t have a lens for my right lens, they went in the back and found something they could use and I was very desperate for a new pair of glasses. Extremely grateful for Stanton! Only issue is how long the exam took but that is o my because I think they double book appointment times, probably because they get a lot of no shows. Just bring a book or your phone and they will take care of you.

Morgan was a great help, terrific attitude and attentive to our daughter. We even had a setback when the glass frames broke and she helped us replace them quickly and gave terrific customer service again. Not just for us, but acknowledged others coming in as well. Customer service has been great in my experience. Price options are very reasonable as well.
