It offers a comfortable waiting experience, with updated machines and a clean restroom. The staff, including an evening worker, are patient, helpful, and friendly. They are also accommodating with exchanging bills and offering good prices. The laundromat is easy to access, with plenty of washing machines and dryers, including small and large options. Although slightly more expensive, the place feels new and well maintained. Customers appreciate the courteous staff, quick turnaround services like wash, dry, and fold within three hours, and the nearby cafe with quality crafted coffee. To keep everyone safe during the Covid-19 pandemic, customers are asked to wait outside or in their cars and fold clothes at home. Despite these precautions, Solana Laundromat remains a reliable and pleasant laundry experience.
Machines are clean, not worn and the staff- Specifically Cynthia was warm, friendly, and super professional. She deserves a big fat raise and/or bonus. I saw people picking up orders and didn’t tip. Come on folks- don’t be stingy. I’ll be back because of the attendants. Thank you, Cynthia, you made my chores less stressful.
The laundromat and equipment is very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. I have used the large capacity washers which do a great job. I have also used their drop off service. It’s reasonably priced and done quickly. I highly recommend this laundromat.
Great laudromat! There is a bill exchange machine that changes $20 to $5 and a change machine to get quarters. The facilities are clean and all machines I saw were in working order.
The machines take quarters. $4.25 for small washers, $5.75 for large. The dryers are 75 cents to start 5 mins and 25 cents per every 5 mins you add, and my load was dry after 45 mins ($2.75 total) so altogether it cost me only $7 for a full load of clothes to wash and dry, so not bad!
