Tyler not only knows the products, but his customer services skills are exceptional. The installation team was super efficient and they answered all of our questions with a smile. We purchased a Wolf oven and stovetop and a Sub-Zero refrigerator. Tyler personally came to our home three times--to take measurements, check that everything was ready for installation, and to troubleshoot an issue during installation. We had a very positive experience purchasing a Wolf dual fuel range from Sierra West Sales. Much to our delight, they were able to install our range between Thanksgiving and Christmas, which made holiday cooking a really great experience.
