After trying several gyms in Santa Fe, I joined Santa Fe Athletic over two years ago. It’s been my favorite gym I’ve ever trained at. David, the owner, keeps the gym stocked with the latest equipment and a plethora of weights and functional cardio equipment (manual treadmills, rowers, ski ergs, Jacob’s ladder, etc). It’s also one of the cleanest gyms I’ve ever been to. Most importantly, everyone there is friendly and welcoming to all, regardless of fitness level.
The owner was out of town while I visited (we traded states for spring break!) but a physical therapist helped me get signed in and I just venmo’d my day pass charges. I visited twice (bench press day and deadlift day) and I’m so impressed! This gym is very well cared for, well stocked, and well organized. It has plenty of space. I wish I had a gym like this near me. Thanks for the great workouts!
