Last December, my wife and I purchased a home in a rural suburb of Santa Fe. The residence had a poorly working pellet stove and no air conditioning. We began looking for a options to heat and cool the house for either us or the tenant. In addition to the main residence, there is a small casita that we occasionally rent out.
