My Heat Pumps, Carrier, were installed 2 years August and I am so glad I did. The wall furnace I had was so noisy and never seemed to be warm enough. I recently had Fernando make a service call and he showed me a feature about the unit's thermostat I was not aware of---he was very informative. A great company to do business with!!

This company and its trained staff saved my life and my husband’s in January 2023 when they discovered a cracked heat exchanger was adding high levels of carbon monoxide into our house. Staff immediately shut the unit down and replaced it with a new one that I just had cleaned and maintained last week. It is working fine along with the CO monitor in the house. I have no issues with this company. They are safety conscious about their own work environment and the homes they service. They have been very helpful and responsive to our concerns and questions.

It is super simple to make a timely appointment with Pro-Tech (unlike a number of other HVAC companies in the area). Their technicians are always prompt and on-time, and they are very professional. It is an all around pleasure to work with Pro-Tech.
