I came for an IUD insertion. I was very nervous but it was a smooth process and every staff member was amazing to work with. I felt very comfortable and everything was explained to me in detail.

I've been to many planned parenthoods and have always been treated with excellent compassion and care. I visited this location at the start of July for a pap. Got a call at the end of July that I need a colpo, and I immediately went into a PTSD meltdown. My previous colpo was the most vile, sickening pain I've ever felt even though I lived with gallstones for ten years before my gallbladder went septic. My colpo was worse, I passed out and felt like I was actually going to die for an hour. While everyone here is incredibly nice and make me feel safe during the appointment, outside of that, the service is difficult. No one ever picks up the phone but will return calls after several hours or sometimes a day or two later, and they don't fax important paperwork in a timely manner so my first month's prescription delivery is often late no matter how early I made the appointment because the distributor never gets the paperwork on time. Last year I made an appointment in September so I could get my prescription in late October. I didn't get it until late November because they didn't submit the paperwork.
