Oscar inspected my roof the year before last and he could have easily have told me I needed a whole new roof and I would have believed him, but no. he said all I needed some patching. I don't empress very easily, believe me. And he's coming back to see of everything is OK. YES. very impressed/I left this about 11/2 years for a repair that I was told would be guaraneed for 2 years. My voicemail telling them I had a major leak in little over 1 year was not returned. The people who finally did repair my roof told me the repair that Northway had done was terrible so I ended up spending $6,000Services: Roof inspection

After a very confusing and frustrating experience with several other Santa Fe area roofers - ranging from being told the whole roof needed to be redone to jaw dropping repair estimates, to no-shows, I was fortunate enough to find Northway roofing (43 Likes on NextDoor). This is a local, family run business with an old school work ethic. Oscar and his family are great people. Oscar came out immediately, came up with a creative solution for the one area that did need some significant work and then spot patched and resealed the entire roof for a very fair price.
