I can only offer the biggest show of gratitude to the kind staff at Northern NM Gastroenterology. They have single handedly changed my life from daily anguish with constant GERD and Erosive Esophageal issues over the past ten years to one of being totally symptom free! Desiree listened and worked with me to get me on the newly approved and truly miraculous medication called Voquezna. With her professional and conscientious care as well as assistance from fellow staff members Esperanza and David I have been given a whole new outlook on life
Terrible customer service and response. I have left 3 messages over a month to schedule a colonscopy and not even a call back. Just call and listen to their automated answering (voice mail) and you will see how inept they appear to be. Going elsewhere, ..., enough red flags for me.
Everyone was better than fantastic..doctor Dooley, anesthesiologist Glenn, receptionist Eva, and nurse Edith. Wonderful place! My only request is that they start serving breakfast tacos to the patients and staff.?
