Well, I have become very dissatisfied especially with Judd Baldwin. He does not return my calls even after 4 days...they say it can take 48 hrs but 4 days?!?!?!? Even the front desk does not return them. I LOVE Dr Roth....she's the very best...but the others there? I wish there was another place to go in Santa Fe...except I'd miss Dr Roth.
I had a positive experience at NNMG. I was concerned because of all the negative reviews so I went directly into the office to get a sense of the place and to make sure it felt safe. I met with a scheduler who was able to make an appointment for me the next day with the Physician's Assistant for the diagnostic visit required by my referral. Sarah, the PA was excellent, very present, empathetic, asked the right questions, provided good information and the next steps for my procedure. I called back this week to better understand the scheduling process and which doctors are available. I have not had any problems thus far. Doctors are great if and when you can finally get in to be seen, but the office staff is rude, doesn’t answer the phone, and doesn’t return voicemails! I’ve called this office 4 times over 2 weeks and left voicemails asking for a return call every time. Nobody called back. As others have said, you have to physically go into the office to talk to someone in order to get any results. This is ridiculous. The office staff should be ashamed of themselves.
