I recently had a TeleMed visit, and it was a great experience! It was very reassuring to talk with my DOM about what I'm currently dealing with. She gave me some safe stretches and Yin Yoga routines to deal with a knee injury since I cannot get in anywhere for PT or to get evaluated by an Orthopedic doctor right now. It's great to know that my doctor can still treat me and help me come up with a game plan even though I wasn't able to see her in person. I highly recommend trying TeleMed, even just one visit. It is worth it for the peace of mind and reassurance alone!
