The Salon at Loretto

We went to the Loretto Inn for lunch. We had to wait 20 minutes for a glass of water. The service was extremely slow. When we asked someone for some water, this is after ordering our drinks and meal. We got a bit of an attitude from the server and still waited another 10 minutes. My food was very good. Green chili cheeseburger. My wife's meal was not cooked completely. Salmon. At this point I would not recommend Loretto Inn.

I am not a typical Yelp reviewer but felt it absolutely necessary to leave our recent experience with the Inn & Spa at Loretto. I am getting married in October and hosting our room at the hotel. Upon our first interaction, the general manager Hal Leonard and his team, have gone above and beyond to ensure we have the best possible experience. After working in events for high net worth individuals and clients all over the globe, I never thought I would receive the same level of service on my own wedding. Look no further for organic non-toxic hair color! The Loretto Salon carries Oway hair care and color products from Italy! Not only is the space beautiful but it is free from strong chemicals and fragrances. I highly recommend a visit!
