The staff there were professional, helpful and friendly. They gained my trust by explaining things clearly. In a world where it seems like there's no one to have your back, this business helped me get the job done.

I came in today to get a last-minute cash title loan, and upon meeting Christella, my experience was AMAZING! She was beyond professional, courteous, informative, knowledgeable, and very funny. I would highly recommend coming to see her or Leah if you ever get into a bind and need fast cash! Great service!

I was very impressed with my experience at Loanmax. Mostly due to Christella, the manager. She is highly competent and professional as well as being friendly and fun. She helped me through the process quickly and with ease, explaining everything carefully to me, making sure that I was thoroughly informed. Leah also was delightful, helpful, and has a welcoming personality. Their positive energy followed me home.
