We had reported that the pull cord on the master bedroom ceiling fan was broken and that the fan wobbled. Victor Mena, an electrician from LM Construction & Mechanical arrived this morning to work on it. He saw that the chain that turned the light on and off was too short to attach an extension to; it would not work in the fixture. We also showed him how the fan wobbled and made loud noise at higher speeds. He tried balancing the blades and found the problem was with the unit, itself. He replaced the fan and routed the chains correctly so that you didn't risk getting your finger whacked by the blades when changing the fan speed. they reviewed leak and suggested it was probably water softener and/or gauge on pressure tank. Once water softener was unlinked to well tank we stopped experiencing leaks. They came on time on a holiday weekend and could not have been more gracious. ALC
