I called them to tell them my window screen had broken after four years. The person who answered introduced herself as Lupe, who, unbeknownst to me, is the owner. I told her the problem was urgent for me. She asked me for the dimensions, which I measured and gave her. She didn't have a technician to send, so she measured and cut temporary replacements for me and came out herself to install them. They're beautiful and extremely helpful to have. That's the best service I can ever remember in Santa Fe. I'm giving it five stars, only because I can't give it six or seven.

We replaced all the blinds in our house. Service was highly professional and design recommendations were excellent with suggestions for less expensive blinds where appropriate. The inevitable Covid related delays we were kept to a minimum and we were kept in the loop.We are very happy with the outcome and have highly recommended them to our friends. (By the way, no one asked us to post this positive review)
