Friendly, competent attention
I was keeping my daughter’s dog (Joc) for the month of June. He developed a hematoma on his ear that required a procedure, and he had to stay there a couple of hours. Dr. Kelsey and her techs took amazing care of Joc. I was telling her beforehand that one of my students did a science fair project on dogs and their music preferences, and that Joc likes Jazz. When I picked him up, the tech told me Joc did great, and they also played Jazz music for him. That was something they did not have to do, but goes to show how much they truly care about the overall well being of our pets - even one like Joc who was visiting Santa Fe and is not a regular patient they will see over and over again.
