Carlos first came out to address several major issues in our mechanical room. His inspection was thorough and accomplished in a professional manner. He replaced a toilet during his 2nd visit. We found him to be conscientious, precise in his work, and very competent. He took the time to explain to us what and why he was doing and pointed out possible future issues that may come up because of the overall condition of the plumbing in the house. Carlos came out and assessed my gas stove heaters and they were not up to code. I appreciate his honesty and not just repairing without considering code requirements. But know that it does cost what they quote on the phone due to their time coming out and visiting your home. Despite 10mins or an hour. Their time is valuable.

The weather suddenly turned cold so I tried to turn on my boiler to get radiant heating started. However, the boiler wouldn't start. I called James Plumbing and they sent Carlos to check out the system. Although James Plumbing was fully booked, Carlos made a special trip since I couldn't face another cold night. He arrived, assessed the problem, and made repairs quickly and efficiently, plus he was a very pleasant person. I can't say enough good things about the staff of Jones Plumbing and the knowledge and dedication of Carlos.Carlos.
