I had an amazing Hydro Facial! Susie is wonderful - her space is very comfortable and relaxing. My skin looks and feels fantastic and her products keep that feeling going - a little goes a long way - heavenly! I am in Santa Fe a few times a year and Susie - Hello Beauty Skincare - will be on my list for every visit. Thank you!

I purchased a Groupon for a facial with dermabrasion. I phoned four times for an appointment, but the line always went right to voicemail. I wondered if they had gone out of business. The Groupon was set to expire in a few weeks, so I contacted Groupon and they refunded my purchase. A week or so later, I received a voicemail from Hello Beauty. The woman who called me said she "had been out of the country" and was ready to schedule my appointment. I told her I had already received a refund from Groupon, to which she replied, "oh, we don't take Groupons any more", even though mine wouldn't have expired yet. She made no offer to honor the price I had paid. If you run a business, you don't up and leave the country and just let your phone go to voicemail without explanation - I would expect to get an automated vacation response. Bad business practices.

I was in Santa Fe for Labor Day weekend and booked my second visit to Hello Beauty Skincare. I went for the Hydra Facial and wow, it was one of the best things I could have ever done for my skin. I felt rejuvenated and my friends couldn’t stop telling me I never looked better! Thank you Susie Fisher and Hello Beauty Skincare. P.S. Hello Beauty Skincare products are world class!
