Just finished an amazing yoga class with my girl Michelle at her studio in Taos, NM. I feel completely rejuvenated!!!! Can’t wait to do this again!!!
Michelle is an amazing teacher. She is very patient and so much fun to practice with. I love her space because it allows for more intimate teachings and she spends time checking your poses and making sure your yoga stances and poses are correct. I would highly recommend Glomedicine, whether it’s yoga, strengthening, or dance. Such a great teacher!!
