They refinished the hard wood floors in our entire house for a very competitive price— several hundred dollars less than other price quotes we received— without compromising quality. Our floors came out absolutely stunning and were completed in just 5 days— for the ENTIRE house (including stairs)! They had fantastic attention to detail, sanding delicate areas by hand. “This is a comment for the "Google User" who gave the 1 star review 6 years ago. The owner probably didn't contact you because you didn't realize how important the installation is. She could have provided a wonderful product, but with an incompetent installer, the whole job could have been a mess. Then you might have gone back to her wanting some kind of recompense for a problem she had no control over and was not responsible for. I don't blame her for not calling you back, under the circumstances, I wouldn't have either.“
