About 2 1/2 years ago, Fix My Roof, replace my roof with a silicone membrane. They did a great job, kept the job site very clean and completed the job on time. Recently, I had to have a special roof inspection required by an insurance company. I contacted Katie at Fix My Roof, who was extremely helpful and responsive. She provided the needed documentation shortly after I got off the phone and schedule an inspection for the next business day. I have found their customer service to be exceptional during the re-roofing project, the annual inspections and for special request. Highly recommend Fix My Roof.
