“Destinee did a permanent eyeliner on me a couple of years ago; I should of done a review then, anyway, Destinee did a great a job on my eyeliner, she did such a good job that I am planning to go back for a little touch up. Unfortunately, Destinee could not do my lower lids, not her fault, it was mine, my eyes kept tearing up, but she had patience with me and tried her best to do my lower lids. Destinee was very kind and talked to me just to get my mind off of the procedure.For me it was a little painful, again definitely not Destinee’s fault, but it was so worth it!
