Despite having previously undergone laser hair removal treatments, I still had a few straggling hairs that needed attention. Barbra is an absolute gem. She is absolutely sweet and kind, and her expertise in hair removal is truly remarkable.I opted for electrolysis sessions to tackle the remaining hairs on my underarms, upper lip, and eyebrows. The process proved to be surprisingly painless, a testament to Barbra's skill and precision. I went to Barbara for a few years and then reduced my sessions quite a bit mainly due to the pandemic but also because it wasn't as needed; the results of her work are excellent! I really looked forward to my appointments because she is so thoughtful, nonjudgmental and kind, while also being very professional and highly skilled.That is a winning combination and one that is not always easy to find; I always feel like I am in good hands with Barbara. With post menopausal hair growth, I'm back again and delighted to be able to see her again. I'm so grateful to have her assistance in going through the the sometimes challenging changes of menopause. I was traveling to Santa Fe but I didn't want to miss out on my weekly electrolysis, so I made an appointment with Barbara. She was very accommodating and I appreciated that she was able to get me in for an appointment on short notice. Barbara did a great job and she was able to clear a large area of hair during my hour long appointment. She was very efficient, professional, and kind. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for electrolysis. I will definitely be back if I return to the Santa Fe area. As a bonus, she was so helpful in recommending local restaurants and attractions to visit during my stay.
