Enchantment Refrigeration was very quick to respond during this current heat wave. The guys were prompt, polite and very competent, immediately recognizing the problem and fixing it. I highly recommend them.
Wow! Such an efficient team with 3 generations of local knowledge. Despite it being late on a Friday, they went out of their way to fit me in as my heating broke before a snow day. Fair price. Friendly and professional folks who explained the issue and quickly resolved it. They were very prepared having replacement equipment in their van and they understood the layout of an older and “quirky” Santa Fe home. Great locally owned business.
Leroy and his sons, Jason and Joseph, did a superlative job installing a heat pump and splitters in our house. They were punctual, professional, and personable. We went with Enchantment because they were candid about their proposal including identifying smart ways to compare other bids we received to determine whether add-ons proposed by other firms were necessary to accomplish our goals. Enchantment saved us significant money and future hassle. We highly recommend them and their services.
