I felt understood and supported throughout the lengthy and complex process making this one of the best trade experiences I have ever had. I also need to add that I was injured before the project was completed and that Richard stepped in to coordinate with the power company to restore electrical service in my absence as I received medical care out of state. I would (and will) hire Richard again and recommend him as highly as is possible.“
