I noticed there were numerous complaints about the warm rooms. All hotel rooms in Santa Fe are hot. Turn off the heat. That should cool it. If that is not enough, stay at a motel. The direct contact to the outside keeps the room arctic. The rooms are huge. There is a dead space of 80 square feet, a luxury in Santa Fe. It is also pet friendly, which explains the simplicity of the furnishings. Great location. I was told a microwave would be placed in my room. That didn't happen. Don't tease me. Valet service is great.

I showed a pic of the unsanitary phone to the manager who agreed. I was not offered compensation, an upgrade or even a bottle of extra water for the inconveniences. No one answers the front desk phone after certain hours. The manager was disappointing.... read full review
