Rooms: Rooms were clean with a fire place which we enjoyed as it was cold enough. That said, I am a hard pillow guy and the pillows were too fluffy for my taste.Walkability: Close to a lot of things around Santa Fe. Lots of places to eat, shop, and galleries.Food & drinks: Restaurant in the hotel is great, open late and has a great menu.Noteworthy details: Spa was amazing. Was able to sauna before and after massage making it early to our appointment and was relaxing.

Room service gave me probably the worst case of food poisoning I have ever had. It was either the shrimp cocktail or the wedge salad. Lasted for two days and ruined Christmas for the two of us.

Disappointed. Booked a room with fireplace and patio for New Year’s Eve. 12/31/23. When we arrived we were checked in and excited to see the cozy room we were anticipating for the new year celebration. When we walked in our room we were completely disappointed to see no fireplace, no patio and nothing that met our expectations. Ice machine out of order. Completely dissatisfied with the hotel staff for lack of communication regarding our room. Unacceptable.Rooms: Outdated room and decor.
