Dental cleaning today at the office of Haley S Ritchey.. sorry to say I had to get a small gum line cavity filled… First one in a long time… Her new office made me feel like I had stepped a board some kind of starship… That was being run by a highly advanced civilization of superwoman…! The work was extremely professional and concise. Dr Ritchey, strikes out every day to ensure the highest quality care for her patients… And she employs a dedicated team of professionals. I actually like Dr. Ritchey. Unfortunatedly, I don't have the same respect for her staff. The front desk can be argumentative. The person she has in charge of dentures is young and inexperienced. They made several dentures for me and I had prblems with all of them. Also, my dental Hygenist who did my cleaning last time was less than thorough, not even flossing my teeth, and although I was due for an examination with Dr. Ritchey and annual Xrays, that did not happen. Sadly, they won't even return my phone calls now.
Dr. Ritchey is top notch. Professional and always makes sure she explains what is going on and her best plan to address it. Her team is equally great. Very well trained and great with follow-up and always exceeding my expectation. There is always a friendly phone call the day before the appointment giving a reminder and then a follow-up after a procedure to check in and see how the patient is doing. A First Class dental professional.
