I have been working with Ashley for a year and from the very beginning, I knew she would be able to help me walk again. I am a mountain athlete and had an overuse injury in my lumbar spine four years ago. My injury caused me incredible pain and I lost the ability to walk normally or more than several yards at a time. I saw many physical therapists, had lumbar fusion surgery, then more PT and saw various types of body workers, who were all talented and while I got stronger, I was still unable to walk without significant instabilty and discomfort.
