I went in yesterday a half hour before closing to upgrade my and my girlfriend's phones. There was only one person working but they went above and beyond to help me. I walked out with two new phones and information as to what I needed to have my girlfriend's mother and grandpa added to our account. It was a pleasant experience and I usually loath dealing with people!Again top notch service!

It was a little bit difficult to get everything all squared away but what phone company is easy to deal with. they are very affordable, great service, and the customer service at this store was amazing all 3 times i've been in especially when dealing with their manager Abraham.
