I have been a patient of Dr Keyser at COMFORT DENTAL in Santa Fe NM for I believe, 8 or so years now and I've had many dental procedures done in his office. It is with pleasure that I submit 5 Star kudos to this individual and his team because each time I have received wonderful care and courtesy from Dr Keyser and his compassionate staff. Dr. Kaiser has always performed, even the most challenging procedures I've had done, with great skill and expertise while being personable as well. Comfort Dental not only provides excellent dentristy for the community, but just as important offers affordable prices that have allowed me to have such procedures done in the first place! I realize I may sound like a paid commercial, but the truth is, I am an extremely grateful and happy patient. I had another appointment early this afternoon with Dr. Anthony Prieto (Santa Fe Office) and as aways, he and his knowledgeable and friendly staff remain consistent and comforting. Today's visit was to try to save a damaged tooth from what was a hard piece of bubble gum (given to me by my brother, for a long road trip to Texas, as a sweet treat.) Unfortunately it wrecked havoc with both a broken temporary crown and another broken tooth that they tried their best to save today, but in the end had to extract it. It's is with great pleasure that today's visit would include dental assistant, Nicole-who did a tremendous job prepping both Dr. Prieto and Ashley (a most talented, patient, and knowledgeable Expanded Function Dental Assistant) who spent quite a bit of time chiseling and grinding away trying to save my damaged tooth and preparing me for another future crown on a past root canal. For over three hour's Dr. Prieto's staff worked on me, even consoling me as the news late in the day took my breath away, as my molar had to be extracted. But not only did I survive it completely; both Dr. Prieto and his staff created a complete "Comfort" setting for me to survive the ordeal, as it had been over thirty-five years since I had a tooth pulled. It has been a great pleasure for me to find such a dynamic team, as they care for each and every patient they deal with. As I checked out with one final desk employee, she kindly walked me to the front door, making sure I was alright and safe enough to drive home. All in all, they all deliver a very high degree of 'comfort' each time I enter their place of business. There should never be any worries, as 'comfort' you will receive by everyone at this office, as it's their motto...Thank you Dr. Prieto and staff for all you do to put your patient's at ease...⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ J.
