I am truly disappointed in the overall state of the medical establishment in New Mexico overall. I have had multiple concerns in other areas of medicine, and this one is yet another to add to the list.

I have degenerative disc disease, and I have an MRI which shows zero disc material between L5 and S1. I experience chronic pain due in part to the facet joints being ground together (no disc space to keep them apart) and probably also in part to the bone on bone vertebrae action, which will continue to deteriorate, and will lead to continued foraminal canal narrowing which will likely eventually impact the nerves. Can’t schedule after agreeing to every condition by staff. I think it’s about controlling. Strange, stressful, attempt at scheduling resulting in time lost. Do not attempt to ask questions or address your medical issues while scheduling.

Worst place ever! Appointments rescheduled multiple times, no follow through. still waiting for my next test, the windiw period closes Saturday. Estevan at front desk needs sensitivity training.
