Recommended by my doctor following a severe thyroid disease diagnosis. I called to set an appointment and was told I’d only be accepted as a new patient if I had Thyroid Cancer or Diabetes with high A1C, and then was annoyedly told “well, sor-RY!” when I clarified I didn’t have either.

It might be helpful to update your website with these much more specific offerings/restrictions than what is currently listed.

I called to make an appt after my doctor sent a referral the horrible woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and hateful she then hatefully told me that the referral was sent back to my doctor because they don't take my insurance. Even if they did take my insurance I wouldn't go there. I can see why they have a low rating on reviews and the doctor obviously doesn't look at the reviews they get apparently I'm not the only one who dislikes that horrid woman who answers the phone.

The Doctor I saw and nurse that took care of me were both awesome. The receptionist lacks the ability to communicate with patients in an a timely manner. I have called several times leaving messages to call me back about a glucometer that was suppose to have been ordered a month ago and has not been delivered yet.
No one returns my calls.
This is a very busy place and perhaps they have too many patients to properly service. I am to the point that I will not recommend this office for care to friends or relatives.
