Beyond Inspection Service inspectors are knowledgeable and thorough. The company is responsive and handled our home inspection very professionally. They have my highest recommendation.
These folks are well organized, Schedule and perform quickly, Advise and request if additional services appear to be necessary, and call me on the phone if there is critical information they want me to notice In their reports.
John Paul was amazing and really talked me through each step and part of the house. Was thorough and did not stop until he had answered all my questions. The company was one of the more expensive ones but they made it easy to get everything done (sewer, radon, etc).
Update: after I moved in there were multiple windows that were not working that were not found on initial inspection. There was a leak under the kitchen sink. Inspectors aren’t perfect, so be aware.
