We are the buyer of a single family home. The seller paid for the inspection proactively. We were very impressed with both the thoroughness of the inspection report and the willingness of of the inspector to answer our follow-up questions after we read the report. The inspector in this case was Ian O'Neal. Although I've never met him, he has gladly made himself available to me on a few occasions when I wasn't sure what something meant or when I had questions that about things not mentioned in writing. Ian was wonderful!! Very thorough and knowledgeable about everything. Answered all of my questions and did not make me feel like any of them were stupid questions. He was on time and very nice. I wouldn’t want anybody else to inspect it home.
