I've been going to physical therapy at AllCare on Zafarano on a weekly basis for the past 3 months and I've enjoyed my experience at AllCare until last Wednesday (11/24/21). My weekly sessions are at 8AM because of my work schedule, so this morning I showed up and greeted my therapist in the front lobby. I walked down the hallway to use the restroom before my session when I was aggressively approached by a man saying "whoa, whoa who are YOU?". I was offended by his aggressive tone, and said "I'm sorry, who are you?" and I kept trying to walk to the restroom. Rude. Understaffed. Unprofessional. Not enough appointments available for the amount of patients that they take on. Totally unorganized. They don't have anybody to do evaluations for intake right now. They don't practice safe protocol for covid in their Lobby.

The receptionist rejected me as a patient upon finding out what my insurance is. (BC/BS).
