I've worked in IT for 20 years, but called Carlos because the video went out on my laptop and there's a lot of risk with installing glass. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and adept at diagnosing the issue as the integrated graphics instead of the LCD or the ribbon cable. He also provided recommendations for a new laptop and offered to help with data migration as needed. Definitely a great resource for anybody's computer support needs.
