I have been going to Christell's yoga classes for a few years now almost every week. I love her! She is an amazing teacher and the trapeze provides a fun and different way to get in shape. It looks hard but it really isn't. I actually prefer it to floor yoga now and inverting in the sling is so good for the spine.
