After the fires and floods in our town, I began to notice changes in the water coming into my home - village water. It had become even harder than usual. I reached out to the team at The Great Water Co.(Kinetico) and they explained the ins-and-outs and whys of all the changes occurring within our village. To protect the house piping, appliances, my sanity and skin, I went local with this great team and they quickly installed a wonderful water softening system. Going local made it easy. Dylan was very courteous and professional in completing the service. The only issue was our equipment being in a very tight space and Dylan being a large young man. He handled it well!

We are happy to have the nice clean soft water that is a result of THE GREAT WATER COMPANY installing their system in our cabin. We especially enjoy the RO drinking water! Their employee, Dylan, is a fine young amn and a thorough hard worker.
