Rushed us in rushed us out. Had to spend our last few minutes with our dog in the lobby on the floor with people walking around us, staring.
Spend a bit more money and go somewhere they treat you and your pets right.

Worst Vet in SE New Mexico.
    Absolutely awful experience.
They are cheaper for a reason.
I brought my 1 year old cat in for a spay and rabies. I was told she would have antibiotics and pain meds sent home after surgery. At the same time I made arrangements to bring my oldest in for euthanasia in the afternoon when I picked up my cat. I told the woman at the front desk that I wanted the sedation for my fur baby before the euthanasia medication is administered.
I came back in the afternoon to pick up my cat and euthanize my 11 year old Shepard. When we got there it was very busy. I paid for the sedation and the euthanasia. We were taken into an examination room. Vet tech? told us to put my dog on the table. My Shepard was a big girl. They didn't try to help us. Next a tall man came in with the euthanasia medication. I told him no! I want her sedated first because I wanted her calm and the euthanasia medication burns. He slammed the syringe down on the table. He left and came back with a different syringe full of medication. He shoved the needle in her scruff behind her neck and told us to go back to the lobby. He never introduced him self or even asked what my dogs name is. They were so busy. For the next 20 minutes we had people walking around us, staring while we (my fiancΓ©) and I cry, on the floor, holding our baby.
We were taken back into the exam room. Someone shaved my fur babies arm and the euthanasia medication was administered. No explanation of what might happen. Nothing. No compassion at all. Her leg was left dripping blood on the exam table. I had to ask for a 2Γ—2 and some Coban to stop the bleeding. Within 3-5 minuets after my dog was euthanized we were ushered out. We loaded up our Shepard first. When I went in for my cat they just shoved her cat carrier to me and a rabies tag. THATS ALL no pain meds or antibiotics for my cat. No after care instructions.
In regards to the euthanasia, you guys should be ashamed. There's not one reason for the way we were treated. No one asked why we were putting our fur baby down. No one asked if we wanted water, or if we were ok. Not one person introduced themselves! Not one. I have no idea who anyone was because NOT ONE PERSON CARED ENOUGH to just talk to us. No one asked if we were ok. The only thing you people give a damn about is money. Get em in quick get em out quick. The only reason we went to you guys is because you were cheaper. I should have paid more to take my fur babies somewhere that people would at least pretend to care for a few minutes. Now the last memories we have of our fur baby are on the floor of a dirty animal clinic, crying, she was scared, surrounded by people, animals and smells. They treated us like an annoyance they have to step over. At minimum you should have an exam room or an area for euthanasia. TALK TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. BE RESPECTFUL TO PEOPLE
Oh... And my dogs name was Gober. Thanks for asking. :(
