I’ve used pro steamer twice and each time they had the most reasonable price, did a fantastic job, took care of picking up and dropping off, prompt, and very courteous. I cannot recommend them enough. 1st project was a large expensive Asian wool rug I got from a family member with an incontinent pet-lots of pee and it smelled it. Pro steamer did a great job removing the stains and smell.
Victor and Alex are AMAZING. we have had problems with our air ducts blowing dirt. The first two companies said they couldn’t help us. They thought our ducts were collapsed. We called Pro-Steam. They got to us within 3 days. They were so precise. Victor and Alex did an amazing job and were so so kind. They showed me what the problem was but assured me no matter what they would get my ducts clean. And boy did they. My ducts look just about brand new and the house was built in 1983!!! I will recommend this company to anyone I can and I can assure you I WILL use them when I need my carpet cleaned or ducts cleaned again. This company is TOP NOTCH!! Thank you guys for relieving a lot of my stress over the last couple months.
