My mother is homebound , tethered to an oxygen tube, unable to drive or prepare her meals. Those challenges are easily overcome but loneliness isn’t . Thanks to Comfort Keepers, my mom has had a dear, caring companion when we are out of town. Mom looks forward to her visits and I feel comforted that she’s not lonely and that someone could help her in an emergency.
