I couldn’t be happier with my experience with this company. They installed new countertops for a rental of ours. From the very beginning, Liz and Max stood out for their professionalism and responsiveness. They kept me informed at every step, answered all my questions promptly, and made the entire process smooth and stress free. Their attention to detail was clear, and they exceeded all timeline expectations by completing the project ahead of schedule without sacrificing quality. We recently had our kitchen and bathroom countertops done by Southwest Countertops & Cabinetry and they did an excellent job! From the initial discussion and ongoing communications with Liz and picking materials to the tear out of the old tops, templating, and installation of the new tops and a backsplash in the kitchen, they were nothing but professional and the attention to detail was amazing. The installers took the time to make sure things were right and did precise adjustments as needed to make sure everything turned out exactly as we expected it to and it looks great. Highly recommend!
I had been mid kitchen renovation for a couple years, and had initially went to go see Liz way back then. I was finally able to proceed with everything and of course went back to Liz! She is super knowledgeable and kind. She was able to answer all my questions and then some. My counters were installed last week, and the whole team was great. There were a couple of issues with installation but they worked quickly and professionally to resolve and I am in love with my new counters! Thank you!!
