I’ve been receiving dental services for over 3 years at Rio Rancho Dental Associates, everyone from reception to medical are wonderful, kind, and caring. The Dental Hygienist Sara has helped and advised me in maintaining and having healthy oral hygiene. She goes above and beyond.
They were very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They even gave me some extra time as i didn't know that my company insurance dropped a policy and went with a different policy. I had to make a few calls to the insurance and my company HR in order to see what was going on. Being that they changed policy and the new policy they went with didn't show up when they would try and find it under my Social. Thank you all for being so amazing with costumer service, cleaning my teeth and being professional. Also they have the office very clean and looks to be new equipment. just amazing all around!!
Dr Romeo is a kind and detailed dentist. His assistant, Monet, is sweet and friendly. And hygienist Sarah is terrific. The office staff are all friendly and on top of things. For someone who hates to go to the dentist, they make it as pleasant as going to the dentist can be.
